7080: Mouse LED Optogenetic Fiber ProbePinnacles optogenetic stimulation is based on LEDs coupled to 200 250 m fiber optic cable with a minimum light output of 60 mW mm. The LED fiber probes are implanted using a guide cannula and standard stereotaxic techniques. The LED fiber probe assembly plugs directly into a 2 mm electrical header on the headstage, removing any requirements for an optical commutator.
