P-51D MustangOur P 51D Mustang TransportTags were carefully created from spare panels and parts left over after a prior complete restoration of S N: 45 11571. This aircraft was accepted by the USAAF in early 1945, and more likely than not was deployed during World War II. While we couldnt track down recorded documentation of its time spent in service during World War II, we learned that it went on to have a career in the New Hampshire Air National Guard.
