mars komagatake nature of shinshu shinanotanpopo 2017The third whisky in the Nature Shinshu series. With a limited edition of just 11,000 bottles, this single malt was released in 2017. The whiskies were matured in old bourbon casks and given a sherry cask finish in the distillery's own casks. In addition to the 3 year old malt whiskies, 20 year old whiskies were also used. Shinanotanpopo is a flower found in the distillery's surroundings.
