Matured for 7 years and finished in South Africa's Constantia wine estate Buitenverwachting Red wine barrels for 6 months. Nose: Layers of fresh grape juice and ginger cordial are followed by fragrant blossom honey and citrus orange peel. Palate: Vanilla fudge, juicy nectarine, and baked red apple.
