Cedar Three Watchmen EarringsThese Three Watchmen earrings are hand carved in yellow cedar by Haida artist Leon Ridley. Watchmen are the posted lookouts in a village whose responsibility it is to warn and protect the village from intruders and enemies. Each earring, excluding the hook, measures approximately 1 3 8 inches or 3 1 2 centimeters high, 5 8 of an inch or 1 1 2 centimeters wide, and 3 8 of an inch or 1 centimeter thick.
