Pair of Huge Handyside Campana Urns c.1880A striking and rare pair of oversized Campana Urns from the Andrew Handyside Foundry in Derby. Created c. 1880 In exceptional condition. Featuring lobed Satyrs faces and acanthus leaf foliate curling scroll work in original flaking paint. The paint is a mixture of white, sand and verdigris green colours layers of incredible patina. Andrew Handyside bought the Britannia Iron Works in 1848, and manufactured several ornamental vases in classical purity,
