mars nature of shinshu kohiganzakuraThe second whisky in the Nature Shinshu series. With a limited edition of only 5,725 bottles, this single malt was released in 2016. The whiskies were matured in old bourbon casks and given a wine cask finish in the distillery's own casks. In addition to the 3 year old malt whiskies, 20 year old whiskies were also used. Kohiganzakura is a flower that grows near the distillery and is related to the famous Japanese cherry trees.
