Les Taillepieds Volnay 1er CruMade with two thirds whole cluster fermentation, but in a very different expression, this wine is distinguished by a more pronounced richness, where the fruit largely dominates the structure of the stems. Cherry and raspberry unfold generously, carried by a remarkably effortless balance. Everything here suggests a very fine Volnay in the making. The ample and harmonious flavors return in successive waves, prolonging the pleasure.
