Trienta y Dos Pinot NoirThe 2023 was aged for 19 months, 45% in concrete and 55% in second , third and fourth use French oak barrels, then bottled unfiltered. The result is a study in contrast: violets, black cherry and raspberry on one side, crushed stone, orange blossom and a fine chalky minerality on the other. Layered, cashmere fine tannins carry weight without heaviness, and a citrus bright lift sees the finish through.
